Location is good, right off the highway. The lobby was remodeled well and offered free cookies, popcorn, and beverages. However, our room smelled off and kind of like sewage?Carpeting was "off" in some areas, lumpy and just placed over whatever the floor is made of. Room walls were pretty thin and could hear people walking by or talking. At about 8 30 in the morning on a Saturday, a housekeeper was talking to someone right in front of our door for 20-30 minutes and we could hear most of it. The room was clean though and bed was comfy. It was just "okay" for the price. When we checked out, the front desk staff asked how our room was and we hesitated and said ".....It was...alright." He did not ask for any elaboration on our assessment.

The rooms here are mediocre and needs to be updated. There's no cable TV. The heat does not work sufficiently enough to warm the room in -10° weather so we all had to sleep fully dressed. We literally used the hairdryer to help keep the room warm, which shockingly worked better than the window heating unit. The staff was nice but couldn't put us in another room with a working heating unit because there were no more doubles available. I've frequented the La Quinta inn before and have always had great rooms. This is by far the worst and I won't be back to this one. There is free WiFi and a pool, but mostly all hotels have that so that's nothing to brag about. 😟

Clean room at a good rate. Decent free breakfast was a bonus. Easy access to the freeway, but didn't notice any freeway noise in our room. We had a single queen room with a shower stall - no tub which was just fine for our needs.

The facility was going through renovations however still lacking in several areas. No hot water in the morning, very small bathroom, only full size beds, no closets. However the bright spot is very friendly staff.

Well I would say the staff are friendly except the old lady who works overnight she wasnt very friendly. My sister walked down to the lobby really early sat down and she shut the TV off on her. She wasn't very helpful and was kinda rude. The hot top was decent it's not very hot and the top blowers are cold water.. The breakfast was pretty good. Maybe you guys should get different waffle batter the kind you use is gross and you guys need some queen beds. I have little ones that like to sleep with me and a double bed just wasn't big enough lol. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back
