Friendly, helpful staff even right after another big nor'easter. The building was fine but the surrounding trees and thus power system took a beating. They had it all cleaned up & everything up and working in an amazingly short time. The staff appeared to be working very long hours and remained polite and helpful throughout. I'm amazed at how well prepared they were to handle a major storm on very short notice.

Great service from the staff. Nice room, good price that I paid for online. Great location near the commuter rail allowed us to quickly and easily get into Boston.

Seems to be newly renovated. Front desk staff very welcoming and attentive.

During a conference call I was interrupted by a hotel vendor wanting to test the smoke detector in my room. Needless to say this distraction was not appreciated. I left the room and continued my call down the hall and returned. This was shortly followed by the fire alarm being activated in the whole building for 4-6 min. and I was forced to leave my conference call. 

These types of maintenance issues are scheduled weeks in advance and it would be helpful if the general manager would provide advance notice. But apparently she does not care about her guest and her employment needs to be terminated. 

Needless to say I checked out early and went to another hotel.
