Great location since it is right off of the Grand Parkway. Beautiful foyer with comfortable chairs and tables. Room is beautiful with a very comfortable couch. The bed is very firm and quite painful for people used to sleeping on memory foam. Not sure if we will be able to stay here again due to the bed. Too firm. A pity since this is such a beautiful place with a great location.

They are definitely racist of blacks up here. Horrible experience and poor treatment from staff!

The hotel is new, rooms are nice, staff is friendly. The rooms could have more storage space.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room features were excellent, especially the spacious bathroom. The lounge was very unique. I liked that the furniture in the lounge had a built in outlet to charge a phone or laptop, very convenient and something I have never seen before. My only minor complaint about the hotel is that the chime for the elevator was a little loud and annoying. When you approach each floor going up or down, it dings loudly. I think it would be better if it just dings to let you know to get on and dings to let you know to get off.

Breakfest is main issue. You maybe waiting for 10 min in a queue to crab a sandwich. And there are only 3 options. If you plan stay more than a week It will may a problem.
