The sole Holiday Inn Express in the Woodlands, located just five minutes from the Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Waterway Avenue, and the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. We offer complimentary shuttle service to local restaurants and venues for all of our guests. Every morning we offer a complimentary breakfast, in addition, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 pm we serve a selection of beer, wine, and light snacks free of charge.

The woman who is the front desk manager is a lunatic. I called to discuss room charges and she started screaming at me. It escalated from there and when I tried to cancel the rest of the stay, she keep on screaming at me. Not my proudest moment but I yelled back. She just would let me end the conversation so I finally hung up.

After being in airports and flying most of the day, being tired and hungry, I was greeted by the nicest and most pleasant person I had seen in days.
The evening clerk at the Holiday Inn Express in Spring, TX is a great asset to the hotel.  Lezlie even called to check after I was in the room to make sure I had everything I needed.  I haven't had that call in a long time.

Bottom line; I'm more satisfied than I've been in a long time with customer service.

The location is nice, easy access to the highway. Friendly staff, security guard was helpful. Very well light, helps you feel safe a day gives you the sense of security in and around the facility
