The location was great, easy highway access. The parking lot is a little weird because it is gated. You basically need to check in before you can park your car. The staff was fantastic and very helpful at all times. The rooms were well stocked with outlets chairs and space. A great hotel to spend a few nights at. Unfortunately breakfast isn't included but their is a Denny's across the *busy street.

Very comfortable bed and nice rooms. Convenient location close to the Bay bridge. Great for Oakland or sf. EDIT: knocked off a few stars because my rental car was broken into in their parking lot. I spoke with management, and they don't have cameras or security in place. While I don't hold the hotel accountable for a criminal's actions, they lack the necessary measures in place to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel. I will not be returning in the foreseeable future

Service great. Food was good. Location is right off the highway, which was nice. If you get the "mountain view", you'll get the traffic noise. Maybe the bay view doesn't get the same, but buildings are in the way of the bay view. The Loop is out front and is a great stop for a quick snack.

It's a good inn but the surrounding area is certainly not ideal for walking outside for some sightseeing. The view up in my room was good, tho. If you have to come to this location during your trip to rest and stock up resources for the next destination, this place is good for specifically that. Other than that, there are other places that offer more.

First thing the room you pay for doesn't include parking, wasn't warned, wasn't happy. They weren't able to meet out wheel chair handicap needs. Then we had to be switched rooms because of a vomit smell that when asked to clean up they aerosol sprayed it. So we got moved then the gate key wouldn't work had to get a new one. Then the room key didn't work. Overall check in staff was rude and not very helpful. Kinda expected a nonvomit smelling room or free parking for 200 a night room, or at least a pool. The kitchen staff was great though liked the breakfast it was good. But I don't think I'll be staying here again, personally I would recommend going to another hotel.
