Amazing campground. Awesome owners. Probably a little cramped during the busy season.

This campsite is fantastic for anyone looking to bring their family camping, and to bring pets along. I was looking for something a little more isolated (as you can see the main road from almost all the campsites). This is clearly not the fault of the owners, and they were incredibly nice and went out of their way to help with anything they could. Each campsite having a fire pit is also a nice plus. No cell service, which may be a factor to some people looking for a site. Overall a great spot and very 'off the beaten path'. Thank you to Dave and Sue for being so nice and welcoming.

If I could give more stars I would! My wife and I have been staying here every year for about 4 years now and this year will make 5, we've already booked our favorite site! There's nothing to complain about at crabtree falls campground. The scenery is gorgeous, the owners are awesome, its the perfect place to get away and reset. The only thing that can ruin a trip to crabtree is other campers! When your there you really just want it all to yourself. I always tell friends to bring an axe for firewood and water shoes and you'll have a great time! Oh! and tarps in case it rains :)

We love this place it is a very fun place to stay..
The people there are so nice and very informative on local things to see and do and you're just a few minutes away from Crabtree Falls
They have nice cabins available they do have electricity but no bathroom in the cabin
They have a separate facility that has bathrooms and showers in it

Stayed here with my family as a kid and loved it then, I love it more now that I have now been here with my husband and son. We had a wonderful time! This campground is BEAUTIFUL, clean, quiet and family friendly. The owners were very nice and the facilities were very convenient! We will be back for sure. Can't wait to camp here again!

*Be aware there is little to no cell service here (that was one of my favorite parts!!) I had no issue with that but my husband made me aware before we left for this trip so we made arrangements for it. If I would have been unaware I would have been a nervous wreck since I left my pets at home/in boarding.

This is probably one of the best campgrounds I have been to.  We stayed in site 31, which is right by the water and absolutely beautiful.  Do not worry about bringing firewood; they offer generous size pieces for a very decent price.  If you walk to the falls to hike be very careful, there is not much room off the side of the road, and people fly.  Overall awesome experience!  My wife, dog, and I can't wait to come back!
