Had a series of different personnel help us with a flooded basement. They were quick to resolve the problem and get us back to as normal a life as possible. The water mitigation team was very helpful in explaining everything as they went and getting our basement clean and dry. The plumbers and excavators worked quickly to get pipes replaced same day. Overall pleasant experience and I would recommend them for anyone dealing with a similar situation.

I manage a Goldfish Swim School and called on Wednesday evening as we were having trouble with 2 of our toilets backing up regularly over the past few days. Columbus was promptly here on Thursday morning and I was first blown away by his overall demeanor. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and carried himself with the utmost professionalism. Also, he was very easy to communicate with and listened intently at the problems we were having. Columbus also took the time to walk with me throughout the facility (inside and outside our building even!) so that he had a complete understanding of our facility and our other building's tenants as we share the space with 3 other businesses. He also educated me on so many things from our building tying into the city's main line to showing me detailed video of what he discovered. Columbus was able to provide me and our school's owner very specific details of our problems and also presented a very proactive approach to ensure we can prevent backups. Finally, Columbus understood and was extremely sympathetic to our school's members and made sure that the work he was  doing didn't interfere with our business and also took extreme caution, keeping our member's safety in mind the entire time he was here. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Columbus to anyone and would like to say, Kudos to Roto-Rooter for employing such a wonderful person! Thank you so much, Columbus!

Wayne was extremely nice and helpful. I was very happy how quickly he showed up even though they had warned me that it might have to be a later time because they were busy. He quickly figured out the problem and offered a solution. He gave me easy tips and tricks on how to prevent the problem in the future and he didn't try to push any expensive add on services. Very happy with the outcome!

Great experience!! Submitted an online request for service and received a call from the scheduler at 7:30am and the technician was already on his way. When Wayne arrived was very pleasant and respectful of my home. I explained the situation and he gave me the suggested options with upfront cost. Once service started he even invited me to view the camera with him so we could determine the problem together. Not only did he leave my home as it was when he arrived but gave me a few pointers for maintenance on my pipes. If I ever need plumbing services again I will be going with Roto-rooter and requesting Wayne as my tech. Great experience from start to finish.

Mark W #453 came out to look at a drain that had backed up again.  The original technician came out at the end of August.  He took his time to diagnose the problem and fixed it with no additional costs. I really appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and great attitude.  He was great to work with and I would definitely use Roto Rooter again because of him.
