Great coaching from the warmup through the cool down. Coaches and members made me feel right at home even though I was a drop in for a couple of days. First rate coaching and facilities. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Jacksonville. Thank you for the hospitality.

Since joining CrossFit JAX almost 3 years ago, I have gained strength, stamina, balance, perserverance, and pride.  I have also gained so many new friends who now feel like family to me.  The owners and coaches are beyond compare.  They share their knowledge in such a meaningful and helpful way.  Knowledge of HOW to use our bodies...how to get stronger the RIGHT way...and how/what to EAT in order to be the healthiest (mentally and physically) person I can be.  It is such a friendly and welcoming environment.  'Drop in' and you will be hooked!

Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and focus on proper technique vs. just moving heavy weight. Seriously, some of the best coaching around! Amazing community of people with diverse skill levels and backgrounds. The box (i.e. facility) is clean and the equipment is really nice. If you are newcomer, you will be welcomed with open arms. Everyone is super friendly.

Super vibe. Excellent coaching. Chris, the owner, has created a top-tier box. My son and I dropped in for a Monday class during a tropical storm and had a much needed workout! Highly recommend for locals and those passing through JAX.

CrossFit has changed my life! CrossFit Jax has the most professional, motivational and knowledgeable coaches you can find. You'll see how far you can really take your body mentally and physically. They have a great, committed community as well. My one piece of advice to future CrossFitters: perform all movements with presence and awareness. Don't obsess over the clock or the person next to you - focus on the quality, precision, and accuracy of the movement.
