After turning 50 last year, I decided I wanted to try Crossfit. Lucky for me, I found this gym. The trainers are intelligent, very well informed and very encouraging. The workouts are scaled to your level of fitness but always challenging. This is a very welcoming group of people all committed to improving their physical fitness as well as cheering each other on to the next skill level. My physical and mental strength has never been stronger. This is truly a special place. I always leave with a feeling of accomplishment and confidence that I have not experienced at a gym before.

Dropped in to workout with friends. Had a blast! Kris was awesome and very helpful with any modifications I needed. Great facility.

After having two children in two years I'm using this gym to get my fitness grove back! The people are all really accepting and helpful when it comes to getting back into the swing of things. The scaling system they use is so nice because I never feel pressure to push myself beyond my capabilities, but I always get the perfect workout! I've been here almost 2 months and I've thoroughly enjoyed every single workout. Stepping into the gym is my ME time and I see results every time! It's also really great being able to take my 2 year old to the kid care! It's just one less thing I have to worry about. Great gym for anyone looking for a fitness home!

Welcoming culture. Excellent coaching. Passion for correct form! Encouragement for everyone, at every level. Ongoing education in nutrition, goals, growth and focus. Family-feeling, dog-loving, sense of humor required. Although I don't get there nearly enough, when I do, it's always wonderful to be back and sweating with friends. A great addition to the Beaches community - the Crossfit leader in Jacksonville!

A fantastic gym that is defined by its people and their hard work, not the walls that bear their gym's name. The CFNB family is extremely friendly and welcomed me into the fold earlier this year with open arms. I regained a focus and dedication to improve the way I eat, sleep, and work out. The coaches are first rate and will make sure strength and skill is built for each athlete's particular needs. If you like working out with a great group of people that work and play equally hard, this place is for you!
