I happened upon Momentum studio while I was visiting the area and I took Cheryl's gentle class.  It was just what I needed.  Cheryl had such a welcoming, calm, and grounding presence and led an informed, safe yoga class.

Love MOMENTUM Yoga & Fitness~  As a guest teacher, I've had the opportunity to become friends with Dyanne and her husband, Pat and see first hand the love they have for their students, the practice of yoga and overall fitness and well-being. Love the options they provide (yoga, spinning, meditation, workshops and more).  Their studio space is welcoming and open to all~ xoxoxo

This is such an awesome yoga studio! They have such a variety of classes and very qualified teachers. The owner always greets you at the door with a smile. This is my happy place.

My husband and I have been a members of this studio going on six years. Every instructor is different and there is an instructor for everyone of every level.  We attend four or five times a week and the price structure makes it affordable. If you are looking for a yoga home, this is it.  They offer other classes and services but we attend for the yoga.
