My nephew had his 5th birthday party here and we paid for $300+ for his party and was treated very unfairly. My nephew has autism and has a hard time understanding and the lifeguards couldn’t grasp that even being told several times that he has autism and doesn’t understand. We were harassed by the employees and told to keep an eye on my nephew even though other children were able to be DROPPED OFF WITHOUT A PARENT! It was his party and he was having fun, why should we be the only family chasing our child. It is there job to look after the kids. They promote their business as autism friendly, but they ARE NOT!!!! They ripped us off of passes for our party and the manager on duty was not helpful at all! This is discrimination against people with special needs. We will fight this to the fullest! Media here we come!!!

Great service, decent pricing, and a heck of a way to spend the weekend!  You cannot beat the prices for admission here.  It is WAY less expensive than the Beach or King's Island, and they don't make you buy a hotel room (unlike Great Wolf).  It's top notch!

The worst customer experience ever!! Carpets are dirty, sinks are stopped up. When you book rooms on the weekend they charge you $8.99 and all of a sudden the manager shuts it down, the employees are clueless. Definitely will not stay there ever again when in that area again next year. I guarantee they lost a lot of return customers for future karate tournaments. If I could give zero stars I would. 4 star hotel is a joke rating. 😣

This place is real fishy. Do not expect the marketing material you find, or coupons to be applied to your stay. They will find a way to weasel out of any deal. For example, they will say that deal only applies on Tuesdays. WHY NOT JUST PUT ALL THE DETAILS ON THE FLYERS? Please stay away! They do NOT honor your deals, EVER!

Excellent indoor water theme park. Water and indoor temp maintained fine.  Very good place for both kids and adult. Nice and tidy bathrooms and toilet.
