It is unusually dirty most of the time. The stairwells are filthy. There are no elevators. It is only a 3 story. They allow pets and the owners are usually very irresponsible. The animals smell a lot of the time. They don't walk the animals a while from the building to do their business. It can be pretty gross at times.

Jimmy and the staff care and that goes a long way. It is affordable clean close to all three major expressways, food, nightlife, shopping malls, and grocery. If you need a night, week, month or longer this is a good spot.

Filthy!! Asked for money back. No refund policy!!! Refunded partially. I wiped the toilet with wet wipes and it was cleaner when I left.

I recently stayed there while attending the Victory of Light Expo at the Sharonville Convention Center (very close by). Everything was fine with my accommodations. I did notice they are under new ownership, and the name has changed. I had stayed there in the past with no problems, so decided to do it again despite the terrible reviews. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it never was. I did notice there were new flat-screen TVs and brand new washers and dryers in the laundry room where the vending machines are. My room was clean and comfortable, as usual, and everything worked. I have no idea where these other reviewers stayed, but it couldn't have been this place. Perhaps they are mistaken, or posted to the wrong hotel? I don't know. I do know there are other hotels around the same area that are a bit dicey, so perhaps they were there? * scratching my head * Anyway, I stay there because it's convenient to the convention center, and I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. I can only speak to my own experience. It's not fancy but, it's not a dump, either. The prices are reasonable, and there are restaurants in walking distance. And I like being able to do laundry if I need to. The new owners seemed friendly and accommodating enough. If you want luxury, then you need to go where that is and pay the price. For me, this was fine.

My husband and I stayed here for a month when we were closing on a house. Overall we thought what we got for the price was great. Our room was clean. We brought out own cleaning supplies and cleaned/ looked for bugs before we slept there just in case. No bugs and the room was pretty clean. Room had a nice fridge and 2 stove tops. Plenty of storage. Our neighbors that we met were nice. Cons: - There is a club next door Friday and Saturdays were very loud. We used a box fan we had brought to drown out the noise. - Walkways/ stairwells outside are very dirty. - Bed was very uncomfy.I wasn't expecting anything fancy but it squeaked if you turned and woke us up a bunch. At my last apartment I slept on a blanket on the floor for a month... this blanket on the floor was more comfy than our bed.
