This is attached to a convention center and since it was the weekend it was pretty quiet hotel. Clean and spacious lobby. Free breakfast which was nice. Rooms were clean overall and the beds are pretty comfortable. Staff was very friendly as well. Overall a good start with no problems which is what you want.

Stayed overnight as a last minute guest after a nearby dive motel refused to honor our prepaid, confirmed reservation. Hyatt Place saved the day, and told us it was only their second day in business after opening. Everything was brand new, spotlessly clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. We received a room with handicapped access, likely as that's all which was available. Not being physically disadvantaged myself I can't really say if the access was perfect, but it all seemed well thought out to me. The beds were very firm but yet surprisingly comfy, and best of all the room was darker than most with the blinds closed, although there was some light leak above the top of the blinds and the alarm clock was very bright. (I'm very sensitive to light, even with my eyes closed.) A great stay at a great hotel, wish I'd had time to use the pool! I'll definitely consider staying there again next time if I can afford to. And for the area, pricing seemed fair. It's also directly next to the convention center, great if you need to go there. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here for a quick overnight stop over on a long road trip and it was great! Hotel is new so everything is really clean. Staff was great too. There was one girl pretty much running the show by herself that evening and she did so with a smile on her face. She was checking people in, taking food orders and mixing drinks at the bar all on her own and doing a fabulous job!

Nice rooms and friendly staff. However, the few staff members were tasked with running everything, including the kitchen and bar. Everyone tried hard to please. Annoying spam emails afterward.

Great modern look to the hotel. Pool was clean and well kept. Rooms were clean with good side TVs. Pull out bed was even comfortable 😀
