My group of four stayed here on our trip to the Ohio Renaissance Festival. I didn't have high expectations, but there is a certain baseline I expect from a hotel. There were a total of 4 flat, limp pillows in the room on the two king beds. I called to the front desk and they said they didn't have any pillows, but the room service could bring some in the morning. Not helpful for us, since we were only staying one night. The room didn't have a working toilet - there wasn't anything obviously stopping it up but it didn't flush, just started filling to the rim and then slowly drained away. No plunger to be found. The lamps in the room had no bulbs in them. The beds shrieked like the restless dead when you rolled on them. It wasn't overall a very pleasant stay.

It is a 2-3 star motel, but the room was surprisingly nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Don't expect much, and you will be pleasantly surprised. They have room service which was surprising. Compared to the other motels I've stayed in, this place was definitely the best.

Thanks to Cheryl in the morning. Nice and very helpful . My boyfriend and his co workers all stay at the Red Roof through the week. Coffee is fab in the morning, for those of us who are on the go first thing. Rooms are clean and tidy when we all return after a long hard day. Thanks RR!

Absolutely disgusted by this place. It was filthy. I will be emailing corporate with the photos I took. I counted about 6 cigarette burns on the comforter, in our NON smoking room. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioner leaked a 2 foot puddle all over the floor. I had to listen to the smoke detector chirp all night. Also, there were about 4 cop cars at night around a room. I did not feel clean, nor safe. Stay away!!!!!!
