We have a hidden room! We finished our basement end to end and these guys were great! There was a room to the side with no windows so we made it a gym and they gave us a fabulous hidden door for it! High quality, specifics on budget and timing - we loved the online tracking system that allowed us to see the punch list, change orders and schedule on demand. They even got our vision and style by sharing pinterest and Houzz accounts. They were very straight forward and detail oriented. We had an issue with a cabinet and honestly, I probably would have disregarded it but they would not install it of it wasn't right. Gotta love that. No shortcuts! We will definitely call them again!

We contracted with Custom Built for two projects in recent years. The first was a fencing project and most recently they constructed a four season room for us. We had quite specific ideas and specifications for each project and they did an excellent job of listening to our thoughts and making constructive suggestions along the way. The design tools they used were very helpful allowing us to visualize our evolving project as we progressed. All involved in the projects from start to finish were friendly and helpful. The final result exceeded our expectations in both instances. We had excellent experiences and would highly recommend them as contractors.

We had several jobs completed by the Custom Built team and all were done perfectly. Our front porch was refinished, we had a outlet installed for a sump pump and we had a safety railing added to our interior. The railing proved to be a much bigger job than originally expected and Jeremy went over and above to make the job perfect. We were very impressed with the outcome and the dedication to detail.

We first hired Custom Built because we needed a new deck. From the onset, I could tell that our experience with them was going to be a great one! Michael took measurements and listened to what we were looking for and then came up with a design and plan that fit our budget and our needs. He was able to show us computer-generated layout ideas so that we could get a full concept of what our new deck would look like and, to us, that was key! We didn't want to spend good money on something we weren't sure we'd be happy with in the end. Now, as I write this from my new beautiful Trex deck, I can tell you that we not only love the finished product but appreciate the great service and quality workmanship we received from Custom Built all along the way! Their staff is not only highly skilled in their craft but is also very professional-always respectful of our time and our home, cleaning up and putting everything away at the end of each and every work day. In addition, we were assigned a project manager, who made frequents stops to ensure that we were satisfied with the project throughout the entire process. And we always knew that someone was available via phone or email with any questions we had. We were so pleased with our experience with Custom Built that we've since hired them for two other projects-a partial kitchen remodel and minor home repair. We'll certainly be using them in the future for all our remodel needs!

What if every time you used your deck for grilling and entertainment you would say "I love this deck"? Custom Built replaced decking and expanded our deck in 2012. We do "love" the deck. The design includes a unique space for the grill and adding interest to steps leading to a brick walkway. As much as possible, Custom Built addressed a particular concern making sure deck skirting would protect from animals getting underneath the deck. Workmanship was very professional and timely. There has been zero maintenance over the past four years. Custom Built was engaged for some minor enhancements to the deck this year. Again, we were very pleased with the results. We recommend Custom Built.
