Had them come to install new gas lines to my dryer and stove - which had previously been electric. Two technicians came out and stated that they needed to talk to their boss before being able to add the lines because 1) they didn't recognize the type of pipe used for the gas in my house (which is flexible gas piping used in all new home builds - my house was built in 2013 and is in a large subdivision), and 2) they didn't think the size pipe leading in to my house was big enough to supply my furnace, water heater, dryer and stove at the same time. They took some notes, said they would talk to their boss and get back to me. It has been over a week - not one word from them. Well, A-1 came out today and installed brand new gas lines, no problems, no issues with the size of the pipe...I guess Jenks Borthers just didn't want the money I was willing to give them!

We have used the services of Jenks Brothers for years. They are excellent craftsmen. They have installed water heaters - propane and then propane to natural gas. Installed new plumbing lines to a new bathroom. They are in process of now replacing a 20 year old water heater.

All the work they have done for me has been excellent. They are a good company, honest and friendly. I use them for my personal stuff at home and my work use them to maintain their facilities.

Very difficult to work with. Very little knowledge, the guy spent an hour looking around when it was a matter of looking at one part; a part that I told him was the problem. When I refused the part that I didn't need (and I proved it to him) and called back for another part quote the man on the phone verbally berated me. I would not recommend their work or customer service.
