I have left voice mails with this company to have lines and heads replaced with no call back.  Why can no one answer the phone at your business?  After two rings I received the voice mail on one occasion.  I wanted to PAY for service to be done.  You have lost a customer and any recommendation.  Thank you for the very poor customer service.

Spring Irrigation Co is extremely knowledgable on their topic.  They concentrate on servicing their own systems for homeowners and do large scale commercial systems.  They are very good with water savings devices and use quality hardware which really allows them to stand behind their product and system designs.   I was lucky to buy a home with their system installed. It works great.  With regard to service, you can go online and reserve an appointment with them which is very convenient.

Poor customer service - I've been calling and e-mailing for the last few weeks and they don't return calls or e-mails.  I'm looking for another company now.
