It's our 2nd time with them and they cleaned our gutters. It looks all great! Especially, I am very pleased with their quick response for making an appointment, reminder, invoice, and receipt. It's all easy and smooth! I asked if they can remove some leaves on roof valley and they did it for us. It's awesome! I will ask their help again for next year! :) Thank you!

Timely response on initial call. Quick email quote with reasonable rate. Scheduling first rate for my convenience. Actual job was done quickly, efficiently and the workers did excellent work (and were friendly). Great Job, Shine.

We're very happy with the service we received from Shine Window Care. Dave was extremely responsive to all our concerns and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Adam and Rich did the actual cleaning of our windows. They were prompt and courteous and very willing to return when we asked to have our window tracks cleaned a little more thoroughly. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for great customer service and shiny, gleaming windows.

The men who came to our house were very diligent and professional. I was working from home at the time and they were respectful of the noise level as they did the inside windows. They did not try to oversell. I expected to be charged for all of my screens, but Ty (one of the men) indicated that most of them would be easily handled with a free wipe down. I would highly recommend this team.

The Shine representatives answered all of our questions and responded to all of our requests. They did an excellent job of cleaning the house from the gutters down. We would definitely use Shine again in the future. Price was slightly better than most competitors.
