The admission is free on the second Saturday of the month! We took our family of 6 to this museum and enjoyed every exhibit. It is a good place to learn about Clarksville's history! You'll learn about the tobacco industry, how Fort Campbell started out, what the city once was, and more. On the lower level there is a nice play area for young children and a room where you could make large bubbles. We had a tough time getting out of the bubble room because it was so much fun! Even if we have already visited the place, we would definitely go back.

This local museum shows a variety of historical items and art. It also has a lovely gift shop. It is a must see in Clarksville, Tennessee. A visitor is made at ease and welcome by all who work at the Custom House Museum the minute one enters the museum. My grandsons totally enjoy the multitude of play items in the children's area, making art in the craft room, the bubble room, and especially look forward to when the toy trains, decorated by season, run on Sunday afternoons. The train conductors are so knowledgeable and kind to the children also. I proudly support this fine museum!

Lots of rare historical items and information on military, architecture, health sciences, judicial law, tennessee's development, etc. Gift shop within and a large kids play area. There is a room designed to make massive bubbles. Very addictive.

I love this place. Some of the exhibits are hit and miss and you can tell some areas are still developing, but the quality of the experience is way above the price. My son always has a blast in the kid's area and the train set is a regular xmas must.
