I have had nothing but the utmost personable and courteous service at this CVS.  The pharmacists have always been extremely patient and go out of their way to answer any question I might have..... Especially the night pharmacist.  I trust his knowledge completely. Overall a Great Team in my opinion.... I love the store.

Worst service. I checked twice before dropping the prescription and while dropping on availability they said all set. Few hours later I get text about special order and when called they say it will be 3 days.

I have worked a stretch in pharmacy retail, and still do as of current. I got my medicines filed here and never had a problem until Max wasn't working. Out of loyalty, because Max was just so good, I stayed with them. It wasn't until tonight that the completely unprofessional front end staff made me so mad never to come back for anything. I now know why my customers complain and come to me at the pharmacy up the road. Apparently, it's okay  to watch a customer on video the whole time and even touch them and call the police on them. Even the police laughed at them, it was just that stupid.

If I could leave zero stars I would.  The worst pharmacy I have ever been to.  Horrible customer service and zero supervision for the few undereducated and careless staff they have.  Every single time, with no exceptions, our prescriptions aren’t ready (and we don’t even attempt to wait-so always next day pickups). They do not apologize or explain and when you ask for a manager, there “isn’t one working” that day.  So over this place and will NEVER get a prescription filled there again.  There’s a very pleasant Walgreen’s across the street, for anyone looking.

I’ll start if by saying Max is the best pharmacist he is very professional and knows how to be personable and kind to patients.  The other guy who works at night on the other hand is very rude and seems to have a power complex.  He needs more training in customer service if it wasn’t for him I would be giving 5 stars because Max deserves 10 stars in reality.  My suggestion is to train the other guy at night on customer service.
