Pretty good prices and nice furniture. I worked with Gerald who was very helpful. I will say I ran into a couple issues while putting the furniture together after speaking with Gerald and the store manager they were able to clear up my confusion I had with the instructions. For some reason my instruction package also included instructions for another model. Also There was one part of the furniture that just wouldn't screw in like it was supposed to, so I ended up leaving it off after messing with it for quite a while. It doesn't seem to be very necessary. All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase would defiantly shop here again.

I shopped at Heavner because of a good experience with them in the past.   I have even referred people to them numerous times.  This time wasn't so good.  Yesterday I talked to a salesman who told me my $795 item would be $100 off if I could spend another $10.  Sounded good, so I measured and returned today like I told him I would.  When he went to ring it up he told me he couldn't take the $100 off and I misread a coupon. (I never knew about any coupon, just his word).  He then said I must have misunderstood....NOT SO!  He told us to find an item putting the purchase over $800 to get the $100 off.  Needless to say, I left without making the purchase and I'm done with Heavner.  No more referrals either.

Chuck was a really nice sales guys and took good care of us. We just didn't find anything that we loved that was in our price range. They had a great selection though!

Furniture at very reasonable price and quite a big selection. They do offer value for money. We bought multiple bedrooms sets and sofas from Heavners. Gerald helped us and he was very helpful in terms giving suggestions and showing prices. I will give 5 stars to Gerald. He went out of his way to help us and actually ended up delivering sofa himself because of issues with delivery charges. We will definitely buy from Heaver again because how Gerald took care of us. I would give 3 stars to companies disclosure of return and refund policy. Its not very clear and not properly disclosed during ordering process. Will definitely advise future customers to make sure they ask for there refund and return policy and if possible look for Gerald at the store.
