Top notch work. They will do an overall inspection of your car, take pictures of problems and potential issues they find, and post them online for you with a write up from the mechanic on recommended maintenance and priority of repairs. I am very pleased with the work and never felt pressured into anything. Reasonable labor rates and a shuttle to pick up and drop off make it my new go to for mechanical work I don't want to do myself. 10/10 recommend.

Great service at competitive prices. I bring all my vehicles here for repairs and receive the same consistent service each and every time. A customer shuttle is available if needed and they even provide no charge loaner vehicles. Brilliant! Ask for Tommy!

I'm sure these guys are great for oil changes and simple stuff. I wouldn't recommend them for anything else. I wanted three things. New brakes, new tires and an inspection. Brakes: Cost way more than I expected. Whatever, they fixed the brakes. Inspection: They said it couldn't be done because the car was sitting and the check engine light was on. On the drive home, I noticed that wasn't the case. Basically, I'm not sure why it wasn't inspected. New Tires: This is why I'm really upset. The car had terrible tires, they said they couldn't be patched so I had asked for some new tires. On the drive home I had almost no traction. It turns out they patched and put air in the old cracked tires. The next day my back right tire was flat. I hate that I'm leaving a negative review, but this was so frustrating. I get how people are giving them a higher review, I just didn't share that experience.

Always great service here. One time I brought my car in, my automatic locks had been broken for a while, and even though fixing them wasn't part of the repair checklist, I was pleasantly surprised to find them working all of a sudden! A different time, I found they had fixed my fuel tank door that wouldn't close. The people who work here are really nice, and I always feel like they go beyond the call of duty. They keep my old car from 1996 running great.

I went in for a regular check-up/service for my VW sedan and the quality service and expertise started with how quickly they got back to me with my request for an appointment. The serviceman was polite and succinct and we confirmed a time. When I got into the shop, they treated me quickly, respectfully, and professionally. I ended up spending most of my day waiting for completion of service, but for the services that I had to get done in order to ensure a safe vehicle (which included totally replacing my headlamp bulbs and assemblies as well as all four tires) and for how busy they were that day, they got it done in great time. I went to work at a coffee shop nearby, and Tommie, the front desk associate I dealt with the most, called me with updates and recommendations whenever he got the chance. I felt VERY informed about the state of my vehicle with my limited knowledge, but not talked down to, or 'taken for a ride' just to get a sale. He showed me the details of my diagnosis as well as the issues I needed to resolve immediately. Overall, the group there was extremely professional, courteous, and communicative. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
