AMAZING Customer Service. The man I spoke with was a complete sweetheart - he was thorough in his evaluation, he made a valiant effort to understand my concerns coming from a lacking automotive background and he called to check up on me. I am positive I was not taken advantage of by any means like some other auto shops seem to do. I highly recommend Juke Auto! Thank you, Juke!!

This has honestly been the best auto shop experience I’ve had since I’ve owned a car, and I’ve definitely been to a lot of shops, ranging from sketchy as hell to super pleasant and honest. But at Juke Auto, there was this wonderful combination of amazing professionalism, flexibility, genuine care, and real talent for the work.

Everyone in the shop seems like a total sweetheart, and I felt respectfully deferred to throughout the entire process, meaning that I felt like I knew what was up the entire step of the way, and they really wanted me onboard with any decision before proceeding. Beyond that, the issue they cleverly identified and fixed was one I’d been troubleshooting forever with my car, at multiple different shops, with limited success until now.

The mechanics prioritized me and my schedule, making sure every logistical step (drop offs, pickups, transportation to and from) worked well for me. Almost most importantly, that horrible feeling of doubting a shop’s honest diagnosis was very noticeably absent here— I was not pressured towards any repairs, and even though I knew I wanted the absolute bare minimum work done on my car to get it running, I felt consistently like a priority.

I had the great pleasure to interact with Juke, Rick, and Donnie, who seem very passionate about what they do, but my passing interactions with other folks in that shop were just as easy and comfortable. 10/10 would go here again, even just for basic maintenance.

I have been going to Juke since they were at the old location. They always provide fast and friendly service and competitive pricing. They even delivered my car at the end of the day and provide overnight drop off as an option. Ken called me several times to update me and they also let me know a few things that they noticed that could become a problem and needed to be fixed within the next 6 months to a year. Since I have a 10 year old car I really appreciate that kind of feedback.

Great experience every time I take in my vehicles.  They also drop me off at work or back at home when I bring in the car.  Awesome customer service keep it up guys!!!

Wow, what a shop owner's dream!  I would eat across the street at Dan's and wonder about the impressive looking auto shop being built.  Today I finally got to stop by and visit with Ken about a service quote.  He treated me with kindness and respect even though I decided to do the work myself.  I will remember them and their customer service when I am asked by friends for an auto shop referral.
