The worst service in my entire life !!!! Took them two days to finally get with my warranty company about a rental because they were to lazy to take the time and call them ! Will never bring my car here and not even a oil change with how the conduct business. Now I'm out of a car for another day because of this ..

Update : Still have my car after 7 days just too fix the a.c. . Travis told me Thursday that it would be ready Saturday maybe Monday . now its Monday and still not ready should be ready Tuesday and all this just for the a.c..

I called three times this week before I showed up to make sure I was able to get what I needed done. An oil change and state inspection at 7am. They all said as long as I was the FIRST in line they could get me in and out by 8. Well I went this morning at 635 and I was the ONLY one there when they opened up at 7am. I was told I either could wait a couple of hours or drop it off. So I said ok what about just the state inspection? He said 8am (not what any of them said on the phone). So I asked just for an oil change.. a couple of hours because they'd be working me in with their 8AM schedule.. a WHOLE HOUR AWAY. There were 2 tech's not including the front desk/possible manager! It felt like he was completely trying to lose my business on purpose. I NEVER do reviews because I can normally understand the situation. Don't have 3 different people the same week tell me y'all can do it and I show up and you turn me away like it's my fault!

Walked in on a busy Saturday for an inspection and was given a wait time of two hours but got a call less than an hour later that they were done. Really friendly service.

My experience with this location has been satisfactory with times of high satisfaction; I'm normally impressed with their customer and technical service. Even though there have only been a few times where I was pressured for expanded repair and once where I had to return for a computer reset, I've always felt that the front office was straight forward and honest with me. My most recent experience has me questioning this assessment.

I enjoy their drop-off and pick-up service when my vehicle has to be left overnight; so, I plan any major repairs with this in mind setting my schedule to accommodate no vehicle. Late the following day of drop-off, I received a call explaining that a mishap occurred to one of my repairs which had to be re-done and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day, hopefully before noon which was met. During my conversation, a statement was made concerning the mishap along with apologies; I was told that I "won't be charged" for the added time and materials which I took as an attempt to placate my displeasure but it only added to it - I cannot understand how a business would consider that the customer would incur the cost of a mishap that occurred during their service. This led me to consider that there was no mishap; I highly value honesty and being straightforward by all who I interact with.

Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle, apologies were again spoken but no other offer of compensation for the extended period of time I was without a vehicle; essentially, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience this extra time had placed on me. I find it telling when a business places an imposition on its customer but disregards its possible affect on that customer.

I am currently considering finding another business for maintenance and repair; the reason I have any hesitation is that it took me awhile to find a business that I was comfortable with, that I find has highly satisfactory technical service. Even so, their lack of customer service has me leaning toward going through the search process once again.

The guys at Sun Auto seem to be straight shooters. They gave me a price up front and stuck to it. They also finished the repairs quickly.
