Went to a Toyota dealership prior to coming here to get one of my tires checked out. The dealership recommended that I get multiple fluid flushes, replace air filter, and replace a windshield wiper. Overall the dealership wanted over $500 for the work and said my tire was fine. I turned down the work and my tire continued to lose air. Brought my car to Klingemann and told them everything that was recommended along with needing my tire fixed. They checked my fluid levels and found nothing wrong and got me a new tire as well as replaced my windshield wiper all for under $150. Everyone at Klingemann is friendly and helpful. I now take all 3 of my cars here for any service I need. Outstanding place.

We came in an hour before closing to have them replace the battery in our car, very last minute. Juan was so super nice, and they informed me that the battery was fine and the starter was really the issue, and let us know our options. I’ve been here before to have a tire replaced and the service is always so incredible and quality. I’d be happy to come back for any future needs.

The folks here were polite, but more importantly they were knowledgeable. The front desk knew what the mechanics were going to do to diagnose my water pump issues and were able to tell me what to expect while I dropped off the keys so no need to worry about sudden fees or charges. The price was mid range overall but no issues now a month later. They seem reliable and honest, making them my new go to mechanic while I m staying in Austin. Thanks guys!

Bunch of scammers. Bought 4 new tires. One blew from the sidewall on the 4th day and they wouldn't cover the replacement. So I bought another one out of desperation and they couldn't balance it and left me with vibration above 55 mph. Went back after I discovered it only to be told I'm on my own. This happened a while back. I wouldn't advise going here at all.

We were on our way to the Capital when we noticed that something was wrong with our car. We took it to Klingemann to get it looked out. Juan was able to get us in quickly to check out our car out. It was a back tire giving us problems. They were able to give information about our cracked rim inside of our tire and even helped us put on the spare. I am very happy and grateful for their help. We were able to make it back to Dallas safely.
