Expect long wait times to get an oil change. Waited 2.5 hours on Saturday morning, and 1.5 hours beginning at 7am on Monday morning. Oil changes seem to be their last priority. If you're thinking about getting one done, ask for an estimated wait time before even sitting down. Also, do not let them replace your air filter. You can get one from any auto parts store (and install it yourself) for much, much cheaper.

Anytime Adrian on the front desk is there, I get a call saying that my car desperately needs 3+ things done. When I refuse, he insists. It’s very frustrating and degrading. I think he takes advantage that I’m a woman. I don’t trust him. I’ve taken my car to another place to get a second opinion, and they give me a realistic timeline of work that may need to be done to my car, if any. Furthermore, if he is not there and someone else helps me with my car, they tell me my car is fine.

Absolutely the worst place to get any type of service. 
I came in for a oil change and got here at 9:45 I am currently still here and it's 12. 
They have 0 amenities and this place just has a bad vibe to it. Pay the extra 20 to go to a better place

I've been getting my oil changed here for the last couple of years because it's the best deal in town. I also have had them do some work to my car and the prices seem honest and reasonable.  The only reason why I won't give them 5 stars is because my daughter in law spent over $1000 to fix a problem with her car and the problem was not solved.  She ended up having a Craigslist mechanic look at it and she spent $150 and the problem was resolved.  But The guys at the desk are friendly and honest and I truly believe they were not able to diagnose her problem because their protocol doesn't give them the freedom to organically diagnose the problem.  In any case, if you need an oil change you will not find a better deal.

Set up an appointment for oil change the day before, so they got us in quick when we arrived for the appointment. Though they did try to sell me an air filter that isn't necessary, just meeds cleaning, and failed to mention stuff they typed up on the receipt slip that seemed pretty pertinent, like fluids low, but they didn't say whether or not the refilled them. And that the brakes were 85% worn, I'm more concerned about brake pads than an air filter that needs to be cleaned. Also, when I mentioned we had major auto repairs done at another service shop, the guy who we helping me pretry much stopped talking, and then asked me why I didn't just go there for oil changes. Kind of a catty statement, and now we will likely go somewhere else because of it.
