Holy smokes! Thank God good customer service still exists! After battling with my good-for-the-nothing home warranty company and getting nowhere, I figured I'd some repair quotes myself and Mr Lawson told me personally that he'd send someone to my home to check my backed up main drain line. He sent Greg, who is also a Pro and great representative of a great company. True, true professionals! A++ I can go and on and on, but I hope you get the point. If you're on here researching who to call, look no further. Call these guys. No matter what they charge, I'm sure it'll be worth every penny. Thank you Mr. Lawson and Greg for saving the day!

The company was great. We had a horrible situation: having a water heater burst and ruin your homes walls. Nothing good about that! However, the awesome service by LFP and our plumber/service rep, Austin, the gentleman that took care of our house sure made it much easier. I can not speak more highly of how great a job he did and the excellent customer service. Not only was he on time, he was professional, explained everything thoroughly. It was a pleasure to talk shop and non-shop with him. I do hope that you he is duly recognized, because he definitely deserves it. You have my business from now on and I will always recommend your company!

I don't even know where to begin to express my thanks to Tony (technician) and Jeff (owner) for what they did for me today. I had an under warranty issue with my water heater that had been mishandled by many. From the first phone call I was assured "not to worry", we'll take care of you. That couldn't have been more true. Jeff understood my frustration and concern and rose to the occasion. He dispatched Tony who was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jeff met up with him later to work out the problems with my water heater which turned out to be electrical in nature. At first I thought I was looking at having to hire an electrician before my hot water problem could be resolved. Jeff assured me that it was not something they couldn't handle, and did. They were there when they said they would be, stayed until all the issues were resolved and reassured me the entire way. When they left it was aft 5 p.m. on a Friday. Two hours later I still didn't have hot water. I called their office and my call was ansered by Patty (a real human being, not an answering machine/service!!!). She immediately told me to not worry, called Jeff, put us both on speaker and was told they would be back as soon as they finished the job they were on. At 9 p.m. on Friday night, Jeff and Tony returned to my home and replaced the one theremostat and element that was causing the problem. They couldn't do enough to make sure that I was comfortable, reassured and everything was in working order. Who does that these days? Not many!! Jeff runs an honest business and he obviously cares a great deal about his employees because Tony was by his side the whole time making sure that all was taken care of. I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they paid to me. The best part was that he worked with me with my home warranty company so that I wasn't charged. This is a company you can rely on and trust with any job. Many thanks guys!

Lawson Family Plumbing has been coming to my house's rescue the past two years. Last year I had an old water softener blow out and send muck and resin through all of my pipes in the house. Their techs offered me some great advice and went above and beyond getting my house fixed up. All of my faucets were replaced, a new water softener installed, pipes cleared, and all was well. After seeing how professional they were, I asked them to install a new RO system in the kitchen, which also works well over a year later. This year I had them come out and replace a tub in my second bathroom, as well as replace all toilets. They really busted their butts on the bath tub, and again -- went above and beyond to get the job done right, and even saved my shower walls from needing to be completely re-done. The demolition was very clean, and easy to re-assemble once they were finished. More recently, I had called them out because one of my water spigots was leaking in my back yard. After the tech looked at the problem and gave me a quote, he looked at me candidly and said "I'll be honest with you, you can do this yourself.. it's very easy and it will save you a lot of money." I can't begin to describe how much I appreciated this. You can't bad mouth a company who has that type of integrity, and acts just as much as an advocate for the customer as they do their own bottom dollar. Lawson Family Plumbing gets 5/5 stars every time. I see myself being their customer for a very long time.

I was originally attracted by 'free' estimate which proved to be amazingly more appropriate than competitors. Work completed in short amount of time, clean and thrifty. "Blake" deserves an attaboy for finding the part and doing the labor. At last, I've found an honest plumber.
