Stayed over night with family. One of the rooms had cigarette ashes in the bath tub. Two rooms had no bath towels, wash cloths or soap. The breakfast was not good at all. The Double Tree is known for their warm fresh cook, well this one had none. The staff was less than enthused to be of assistance. Only recieved one star because I had give a rating to leave my review.

I couldn't wait to leave the whole time I was there for 2 weeks on a business trip. Bed sheets were clearly not changed between customers. Took hours to get new ones brought to me to change myself. Rooms were poorly renovated. I gave up on the cleaning staff and eventually left the do not disturb sign on my door. Do not recommend. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at...and I travel roughly 50% of the year.

It's a nice, clean hotel, the service was good too, just that we weren't given toothpaste for the room on any day we stayed there and that was kinda odd. Other than that, it was a nice place with good ambience. Recommended.

Guest service at this hotel is horrible. I understand it began with my fault I forgot to remove my Do not disturb sign. Upon returning to my room at approximately 6 PM I called the front desk and asked if they were possible to do a room service she told me yes no problem will have someone up shortly. Proceeded to stay in my room and wait for over an hour with no one to show up. I try to call the front desk and no one will answer the phone. Then had to walk downstairs get my own sheets and New towels I am now in the process of making and cleaning my own room. When I have had asked for new linens and said I was going to do it myself the girl at the front desk and Dot even bat an eye or try to tell me that she would get someone to do it for me she complied with no questions got me towels and linens and sent me back to my room

After waiting over 20 min to ck in because there was only one receptionist, and a long line backed up I was greeted with a warm cookie and friendly service. The room was nice, clean and on par with the usual Double tree standards. I have been to this hotel 6 times before, all good stays. The bar can get quite busy during happy hour sometimes.
