When I walked into the hotel, the receptionist greeted me us but then proceeded to finish her text message before assisting us. While we we're waiting for our room there was a moving playing in the lobby that was very inappropriate. The number of cuss words that I heard in a matter of 5 minutes just wasn't professional. Also, when we got our room and walked in, it wasn't even cleaned. There were towels on the floor and the bed unmade. We went back to the front and got a different room. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes despite it saying it was a non-smoking area. The shower was the same size as the one in my college dorm and the cable was very blurry. But at least the bed was comfortable.

Where do we start, the receptionist was very friendly . The room looked cleaned . As a owner of a cleaning business I did a routine check . When I pulled the fitted sheet up I found a adult bed bug alive . As I continued to look I found larva on the mattress seams. I brought this to the reseptionist attention with the bed bug trapped in a cup. Which she proceeded to throw in the garbage .Again very pleasant but not well educated on protocol for bed bugs. She offered us another room we declined as bed bugs travel. We ended up looking for another room at 9pm . As no manager was on site I wrote this here hoping it gets out to them !

This is the WORST hotel I have ever been in. Horrible room, bathroom was tiny and disgusting, couldn't even take a shower. Could not sleep because the people on top of our room were walking literally the entire night. Even though it said non-smoking, the smoke smell was impregnated everywhere, got an asthma attack. I do not recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. Please, DO NOT rent this hotel!!!

Muhammad offered us great service and a wonderful night here. No complaints at all, free WiFi, breakfast, great hotel at great price!
