I'm sure it was a nice place at some point, but it wasn't the greatest place I've ever stayed. Ceiling was falling apart and the safety lock they have on the door in the room was completely loose. Breakfast wasn't that wonderful either.

This hotel had two lobbies which was confusing. The first lobby was old and run down and also had a microwave. The second lobby was nicer, but did not have a microwave and I would have rather sat in there to eat my dinner. I went to secure the outside door after coming in from the cold and managed to pull the handle off with one pull. one lady on the first floor was lifting her children out the window to play in the snow while she smoked out the window. ALL the hallways smelled like pot!!! I asked for a fridge and it was so hard to open i looked for a lock. It was old and dingy. There was a BIG stain on the rug on the floor by one of the beds. I had young girls with me and was not pleased to have them stay here. Hooligans in and out of the place. I will say the bed was comfortable.  This particular inn is not quality nor "sweet" and It has put a bad taste to stay at any others in the future.

Checked in at the hotel, paid with cash expecting a hold to go on my credit card for 100 dollars. Had to pay cash for room and hold. Found out in the morning my card was also billed for the hotel and anoither 50 dollar hold. When I asked the front desk about it they were no help and refused to give me the number for the gm. Eventually mad a compromise to get my cash back and pay with the card.

Not the best place to stay. Worcester houses families here when the shelter doesn't have any room for them. It was very loud, my room key was given to someone else who came into my room while I was changing, and management did not seem to care very much about it when I explained what happened.

This is definitely not my preferred hotel but unfortunately, it's the only one that's affordable on a Saturday night. Even though the property is nonsmoking, our rooms always reek like butts.
