From the lobby down to the hallways leading to your room as a guest there is a very clean cozy and elegant feel to the hotel. Great room and great breakfast options along with a helpful and friendly wait staff that upon me walking to the buffet set up approached me to introduce themselves and inform me how they're breakfast service works. Nothing but great service from all the staff from the front desk receptionist to the house keeping and all the managers were very helpful in my stay here. I recommend this hotel as it conveniently connected to a unos pizzeria across the street is a great Mexican restaurant. Also conveniently located to many other attractions Worcester mass has to offer. Most definitely where I will choose to stay again in my next visit to Worcester.

Loved the room..great for photos! Was near the elevator bank though and I don't think it needed to ding everytime it reached our floor... made it hard to sleep, breakfast was a little disappointing

This hotel is extremely nice and comfortable. The only negative is the fact that you have to park across the street or use the valet parking, which is only $14.95 per day and includes overnight. That is what I used and it made life much easier. The location is superb as it is easy access to all.tge restaurants and highways very easily.

Great conference center and staff is extremely attentive to your needs. I highly recommend

Room was fine and breakfast potatoes we're suprisingly good. TV stunk though. Couldn't change to HDMI input and the signal would drop out.
