Very nicely updated appearance and finishes. The hotel grounds are in good repair, the rates are good with parking included. This is centrally located near the DCU center and a few good restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Great deal on an overnight stay.

I stayed here for two nights. My room was comfortable and clean, and had the new electronics interface for charging and computer hookups, which was nice. The location is a short walk from downtown Worcester, which made it easy to park the car for the whole weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility could use some attention especially at the rates they charge. And the breakfast... Forget it.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The first time it was pretty decent, great for the one night we were there. The second visit was another story. We arrived exhausted, check in went smooth. After crawling into bed, I noticed something under the luggage bench. I walked over, moved the bench and was floored by what was there....someone's underwear! Apparently housekeeping failed to notice. We just went to bed. We finally fall asleep, the phone rings. Someone from the front desk asking if we ordered "black head" or some such thing. Okay, now we are awake and need to go back to sleep. The room we were in was East facing so because the black out curtain would not go all the way over, the very early morning sun came in and lit the place up quite well.....way earlier than we had planned to be up. There were only a few tissues in the tissue box and the toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush properly.
