Large nicely decorated double suite. Quiet clean and spacious. Me and daughter rested well in our individual bedrooms. Didn't stay for free breakfast due to time but certainly will one day. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 months on business and I have to say it has been a great stay. Great amenities, wonderful and helpful staff (especially Quincy, Harold, LaVina, with exceptional shuttle service thanks to Ben), and a beautiful property. They really go above and beyond to keep all guests happy and comfortable.

The hotel is hard to see from the road for people that aren't familiar with the area. There are a lot of trees that block its view feom the road. There aren't big signs signifying it's location. The hotel was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size. Breakfast on the weekdays ends at 9:30AM. The parking lot aisles seem small and it doesn't seem like there are enough spots when the hotel is full.

Spent the last 8 months in Worcester for a contract for UMASS. Despite the occasional sampling of the local competition, I always found myself back at the Residence Inn. What made my stay so much more pleasant than the norm, was my experience with the staff. Always willing to chat, or quickly resolve the minor issues I came across over those 8 months; a burned-out light bulb or broken remote. The gym and basketball court were also a nice feature. Also, if you find yourself needing to stay in Worcester, this is the better side of town. Even when I spent the week at the Courtyard, I always find myself shopping or eating lakeside (nearer to the Residence Inn. A great location, and a quiet rest. One caveat - traffic can get a bit thick during peak hours near the hospital. I highly recommend this location.

Came to Worcester for a wedding. The location was a little tricky for my GPS, as it kept trying to send me to Boston. I called & a staff member advised me to put in UMASS as they were on the same street, which helped me actually find the hotel.The room was booked online, and when we showed up to check in the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was even better than the pictures online, truly being a king size suite with a sofa bed in the "living room" and kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable and my kids told me the sofa bed was nice as well. The complementary breakfast blew me away! I was not expecting hot food, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, in addition to made to order waffles and a host of cold offerings. The only negative feedback was that housekeeping tried to service the room before we checked out, but otherwise it was a great stay. I would absolutely stay here again when in the area.
