Very old place that is in need of several upgrades starting with the plumbing system. The rooms need new carpeting and they need to be repainted. There is a terrible stench in the rooms also. Complimentary breakfast consists of the bare minimum: yogurt, eggs, muffins, cereal, sausage patty, waffles, bagels. No beverage options. The best thing about this place, if there is a best thing, is it is located across the street from a mall. I suggest that you pay the extra bucks for a nicer place.

Though not the fanciest setting, rooms were comfortable and clean. Very convenient to Worcester and the Mass Pike. Service was friendly and helpful when needed. The only drawback is the awkward placement of the elevator leaving little space to move. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Although this hotel has received some high ratings, it's average at best. Not especially, clean or welcoming. Probably a cheaper equivalent or similarlly priced better hotel nearby. Overall I'd say "adequate ".

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's clean, Staff is friendly, it's right off the highway, and I feel safe here. They offer a free breakfast to include everything from eggs to waffles.

That feeling you get when you're boarding your plane for GA and you left your phone in your hotel room in MA! Even better, that feeling when you call the manager and he assures you he has your phone and will overnight it right away! On top of that the hotel was clean comfortable and staff very friendly.
