Based on the previous reviews, I was expecting so much worse. But our room was very clean and we had a great four day stay here. The bed was a little too tall for me, but still comfortable. And there is also a safe in the room that costs $1.50 a night. And our room (105) had many spots to charge your phone, camera, backup chargers, and much more. Which is very convenient considering how many things we need to charge every night before going out around town during the day. The housekeepers were also very kind! We requested two extra pillows and another blanket, and they were kind enough to give us just that. Please dont forget to tip the housekeepers at least a dollar per person in the room.

This place is not ideal. The shower curtain rod is falling off the wall and bugs in the light fixture. The trim around the window is falling off. There is no peep hole lens. It is stuffed with a paper towel. The reservation was for 4- there were 3 towels In The bathroom and 2 Kleenex in the box. I went to the desk and asked for 3 more towels and the guy gave me 2 and then wanted to argue when I asked for the 3rd towel. If you have children be warned there are 2 giant porn stores directly across the street. Thank goodness it is just for 1 night.

This was, by far, the worst stay I've ever experienced. The hotel is very outdated. The bathrooms are disgusting. Towels still had hair from previous guests or didn't come out in the wash. Beds were so bad I woke up in pain throughout the night and hurt all day. I don't typically leave bad reviews unless it's really warranted. Trust me, it's warranted. While sitting in bed last night, the biggest cockroach I've ever seen (and I grew up in Florida, so I'm not afraid of them) flew over our heads and landed on the wall, mosquitoes and gnats all over the room and my son found a tick on his leg this morning. We stayed here because we decided on St. Augustine last minute and this was the only room we had booked that didn't get cancelled due to overbooking. Please heed my warning, do not stay here.

The service was respectable but not obsessive and kept out of my personal space and let me relax in peace

The first night i stayed i loved it an my kids enjoyed themselves !! The bed is kinda hard an the ac isn't cold enough but it was great to me an the front desk clerk is awesome !! U want something quiet clean an affordable an family oriented i fully recommend them!!!💖💖💖
