This is probably the best Holiday Inn we've stayed at.  The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.  But the staff was the best highlight of our stay.  They went out of our way to make our stay remarkable.  One staff member even helped us out with information about St. Augustine.  The price was a real bargain, considering all of the amenities that were included.  They had a nice big indoor pool, though I didn't get the chance to try it out.  The fitness room was great and the breakfast was even better than some restaurants.  Without question, I would stay here again on our next visit!

I've been to a few Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one seems pretty nice. Everything seems to be updated. Has a nice 40" lcd TV in the room. Had a minor issue checking in, but it was resolved quickly. Everything had been clean and working. The breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express, decent choices and good for a free breakfast. I'd stay here again.

A nice, quiet place. Free typical but good breakfast. Historic downtown is ten minutes away and it is worth it as this is fairly new, clean and just better unless u want to be within walking distance, but that is not worth the money to me. I would stay again and drive downtown. good beds

 Generally you can't go wrong with a Holiday Inn express,  and this one is no different.  Fair price, great service, clean rooms, modern aesthetic,  new tvs, free breakfast. No worries here.

Right off the interstate, this is an easy place to get to and also makes the surrounding area of St. Augustine very accessible.  It was clean and very well kept.

That being said, they had a large group of family having their reunion there....literally 30 people...maybe more.  These folks used the hotel like their private resort.  You could not use the pool, could not get breakfast because the entire area was taken as the entire group sat in the room for the entire time...essentially using public spaces for their private function.  The managment should have made an effort to disuade that behavior as that disrespectful behavior impacted all the other guests.  Its not a venue designed nor intended to host multi-day events like that.
