Very friendly staff. This hotel has a bit of age on it but it was very clean. Beds were roomy and comfortable. Halls were hot, like no ac to cool them off. Safe area with easy access to the interstate. Biggest issue was the shower in our room was very slow to drain. We only staid one night, and forgot to mention it to the front desk. Breakfast was available but we did not partake for a desire to get back on the road.

Friendly staff. The room was very clean. The area seemed very safe. There was a great, free hot breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but they had one. I enjoyed the amenities and have booked another stay with Hampton inn. I don't personally like firm beds, but the pillows were soft. I would recommend it to family and friends.

My wife and I always book with Hampton because of there wonderful service and cleaned rooms. The Hampton on I 95 in St Augustine Florida we stayed on May 1, 2017 and departed on May 2 , 2017. The check in was great. The room was nice but it took as 20 minutes to check out. They didn't even have any record of as checking in. The manager Tony, didn't even come to the desk to see what was wrong. Very poor service. We left two pieces of clothing, they called as to let as know. We call back to have them send this two pieces of clothing back , they needed a credit card number. But each time we call they would tell as to call back later. Just keep the clothing we not calling back. Is so sorry that they have so bad customer service.

Staff was very helpful with info about surounding area and down town events. Was very courteous in supplying extra towels for our room and info

great place. Breakfast is awesome. The breakfast cook will make you specialty waffles (palmetto tree, etc.). Overall; good experience.
