Great value for the price. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean and nicely appointed rooms. Will definitely return when we drive back and forth to Florida. Room rates are less expensive on Priceline than calling front desk The curtains in my room did not close for privacy-I used a wastebasket to keep the curtains close. The TV remote did not change channels though it did adjust the volume. The light switch on the room entry door frame did not operate anything. The A/C was noisy. You can hear every sound outside while inside the room. The motel is old and clean. The breakfast room is designed poorly. It's too narrow with all the food and coffee close together. The breakfast offering was not appetizing. At 9 AM, Eggs were old, bacon was barely cooked, no yogurt, fruit did not look good.

This is an excellent place to stay near St Augustine if you don't want to pay a lot. My family and I rented 4 rooms for 3 days, and though the rooms were small (they barely fit the 2 queen beds that furnished them), they were in good condition. The free breakfast is great, but come early if you don't want to be crowded. The pool was great, though we barely used it because we spent so much time at the beach or the historic district. The staff was nice.

This hotel was very convenient. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff and management was extremely nice. Breakfast staff really went out the way to make sure I was satisfied.

We left for St. Augustine early in the morning. Like always, we secured the door to the room and headed out. We came back to the hotel about 16 hours later to find that our hotel room for was open. We called the front desk but was not given any help. We were told the manager would call in the morning. We are checking out this morning. We are planning a return trip to St. Augustine but not back to this hotel. We are very disappointed in Best Western at this point. We travel a lot and have stayed at Best Westerns many times. We are rethinking our future hotel stays. Do NOT stay here unless you remove all belongings from your room every time you leave.
