Found this hotel on Google when we were looking for a pet friendly hotel. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, the room has good space with 2 queen beds. My only minor issue is the smallish bathroom/shower area, however, it works. And finally the little enclosed dog area is wonderful for letting our 2 dogs space to roam when we take them for a walk

We booked a last minute trip to St. Augustine and were somewhat nervous about this hotel because it seemed like almost too good of a good deal... but boy, were we pleasantly surprised! You can't beat the location- everything you need is within 2 miles. We also brought our small dog with us and stayed in a pet-friendly room, which worked out perfectly. You couldn't tell that any pets had ever stayed in our room before, it was very clean. The service and breakfast were out of this world. Every single person we encountered at the front desk graciously answered all of our questions and were so kind. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had with a different menu every day. If we ever come back to St. Augustine, there is no question that we would stay here again!

Awesome hotel. The rooms are very clean, have comfortable beds, and are a fair size. Good complimentary breakfast in the morning. It is located fairly close to all of the sights & things to do. Definitely will go back again.

Good 2 star motel. Place is a bit older, but the rooms have been updated. The pool area is nice but closes at sundown. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and well worth it. Stayed here due to proximity; would consider it again if I needed to return to the same location.

Was instructed to park on the grass area upon arrival because I was pulling a trailer with my Harley on it. Came back from dinner to find my truck, trailer, and Harley being drenched by the sprinklers watering the grass. Staff was very helpful getting towels so my wife and I could dry everything off the best we could. It was late and we were tired from the long drive. We stayed over in the morning as instructed by staff to talk with the Manager who didn't show up during the time we were told he would be there. Finally after back and forth phone calls we were able to talk with the manager. We weren't looking for a handout but maybe a reduced rate since we spent hours of our vacation drying off the vehicles from the sprinklers. He was rude, and really didn't care. We were told that "show cars" have always parked there and no one ever had a problem. I find that very hard to believe. There were several parking spots available when we arrived and though-out the night that could handle a 5X9 trailer. We had several options for hotels in the area. They obviously don't need my money or my business. Hats off to the staff, thumbs down to the manager. Its all good and we'll stay somewhere else on our next visit.
