On 7/28/17 And 7/29/17 I stayed at the Quality Inn Carrier Circle and was utterly disappointed for our trip 7/28-7/31. 

Upon arrival to our room, the room appeared fine.

We soon learned this was not the case. The toilet in our room was only loosely connected to the floor and shifted as soon as we sat on it.

Secondly, we came back to the room after touring the city, to find that the room smelled as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. We immediately contacted the front desk, and were promptly relocated to another room. (Kudos).

When we got the second room at first glance it was nice. Then we noticed the user face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. We also then noticed the expired deli meats and pudding in the refrigerator. Clearly this room was not thoroughly cleaned in between stays.

Lastly, on 7/30 around 1 PM we received a knock on our door from housekeeping, who was eating a bowl of cereal while speaking to me. She told me the front desk had us checking out on 7/30. The fact that the housekeeper was speaking to a paying customer in their doorway while eating a bowl of cereal is beyond unprofessional.

 I have stayed at many Quality Inns and have never been so disappointed before.

I was really surprised l. The quality for for the price was amazing. Quality Inn, indeed! Little details like an extra blanket and pillow in the drawer were nice touches. Had a fridge in the room but no microwave. Might be possible go ask for one. There's also a pool around back that looks good for those hot summers.

The toilet did not flush right. The water pressure was horrible. The fire alarms went off twice and not one time did a staff member make any attempt to see if they was anyone in the rooms. The breakfast was horrible too.
The maids didn't properly clean my room, I think they were more or less searching through my belongings. 
I believe this hotel has people and families living in there. 
I will not stay here ever again

I am here for a business seminar and there is no iron in the rooms, service is really bad. I reported a clog toilet and 5 hours pass and no one did anything so I then decided to ask for a plunger, after waiting for about an hour I got one. I was up at 3am unclogging the toilet myself.

The room was nice, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was plentiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. But the overall cleanliness was lacking.
