It's meh. The concierge isn't very professional, was speaking to another staff member the entire time I was checking in, he was complaining about housekeeping. Then the first room they gave me was already occupied. I went back and they issued me a new room. The gentleman who booked my room on the phone booked (and charged) me for 2 nights when I only needed one and failed to tell me they'll also put a hold on my card. Still trying to sort that out... the rooms have no coffee pot, cups, fridge or microwave. The lamp outlets do not work, the air is super dry and static-y. Only positive aspect is the location. You would think they'd keep up with the neighborhood around it.

Room is average for the price. The room comes with no fridge or microwave. The reason for the 2 stars is that they lock the stairs with a pass code that they will not give to the guests. I would understand if you had to scan your room key like on the elevator but that is not the case. I had to wait 10 minutes at the reception for them to let me into the stair case.

I stayed here as part of a school trip, so I paid reduced rates. The hotel was well worth it for me. The hotel had a slight smell which some complained about, but no one was really bothered by it. It was very mild and quite typical of cheaper hotels Imo. My only complaint was that MANY of the outlets didn't work. Only the outlets in the wall worked in my room, but some rooms were different. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

This place get you in with a nice picture online. When you check in they hit you with $25.00 parking fees a day for your vehicle, then you find out there is not enough parking lot, you end up parking on the street at your risk. And room is a dump and things moving on the bed and a noisy broken A/C wall unit. I couldn't find a bottle of water to buy to take my medicine. They said the sales person hadn't come to work today. It will be my last time here if they don't take care of this inconvenience.

If you own a big car like a truck, it will be difficult to park in a very tight parking. Parking located behind the hotel. Room was nice, but some neighbor was smoking cigarettes all night and smell was really strong. Toilet smelled like a sewer, probably bad pipes or water source. Besides that, the guy on frontdesk was really nice! Management of the hotel, you should put some plastic silverware in room next to coffee pot.
