I felt like I knew more than the people working there. I love the company but I like to see excitement when employees describe the company. I felt that employees were more like "it's a Tesla need I say more" , I for one need someone to engage me in conversation and get me over the $90k price tag even though it's worth it, it's still costly but that doesn't mean everyone can see the value and can afford the model S so instead you should have brought up the model 3. I just think better training I bet you would excite more potential clients and make them into long term believers.

Easy fast very helpful service dept.  I had a customers roadster. They stayed late to charge me enough to get the vehicle back to my shop for paint protection film installation as we just moved to a larger location and do not have the high voltage plug set up yet and the roadster's are not able to use the outside superchargers.

The place is simply awesome and so are the cars. It's almost like taking a horse and buggy and trade it in for Model T Ford back in the day.

Very convenient location, always several available parking spots. I wish they would make a walkway to go to the shopping center next door so you don't have to use route 17 as a sidewalk.

We Tesla owners don't need a spare tire, because we're told we can call roadside assistance who'll come running to replace the tire🤔
But after hitting a pothole with my 22" tires, which are known to just rip at the slightest pothole,  I called Tesla, they said they don't have a tire for me, and will instead tow the vehicle to this service center😠. so no car.
I get a call in the morning from the service center that they wouldn't replace my tire, because I have scratches on the wheel and dents on the back bumper, I will first have to go to their body shop to fix it.  I begged them that I need the car for the weekend, to deaf ears, they said I have to take it to the body shop to fix the blemishes, and only then will I get a tire replacement.
I said, OK I will tow it to a tire shop, but can I at least get the loaner tire that you promise, they wouldn't budge😠
I will use AmEx Roadside Assistance, and try to avoid this bait and switch service center.
