Walked in to buy a car was approved supposedly had to give car back a month later because apparently I wasn't approved had a really rough time with purchase would probably never go back over again. Nobody seems to really know much of anything they do not pay attention to you unless you're buying an $80,000 car

Everyone at Prestige Lincoln was a pleasure to deal with. Cristina Demeo worked so hard at finding me a vehicle . The nicest car salesperson I have ever dealt with, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
She was a pleasure to work with. 
Stanley Matthew the Finance Manager is wonderful he helped me so much with all of the details of my vehicle and I now consider him my friend. 
Rich  Nudelman  the General  Sales Manager  was great , always available to answer any question's I had. 
Jennifer Toumi the Receptionist at the front desk in sales  always made sure someone got  back to me when I called and even went so far as to call me back on her own time!! 
The service center has been great from the Warranty Administrator Peter Iachetta who helped me from day one when I couldn't figure out how to use the rain sensor windshield wipers!! Sam Bueti  the Service Manager is always so kind and Paola Vega the  Service Receptionist always greeting me with a warm smile . 
Stefany Perez the Service Advisor is awesome!  I really can't say enough good things about her, she is incredible and an absolute dream to deal with . I am so happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lincoln. I hope to have many happy years driving my new car and look forward to dealing with each and everyone one of the wonderful team at Prestige!

Called today for a service - they DON'T have a  loaner car in the dealership????? What kind of service is that?

Walked into the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle. Two vehicles of the same configuration that I was interested in were on site and available for review. Christina DeMeo was my sales representative and was very helpful through out the entire process. When I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle there was a minor issue that prevented me from taking the vehicle that after noon.
Christina and Rich made a quick decision and offered to switch over to the sister vehicle. After a quick inspection they had the vehicle detailed while we finalized the paper work. I left that afternoon as a happy customer from a dealership that makes the customer experience a priority.
