I have a great experience every time I deal with Gresham Dodge. They are just all around good people. I manage a Automotive repair store and sometimes we have to bring vehicles to Gresham Dodge for thing that we can't do. Every time they treat us with respect and they are always fair. Toby is the service advisor I always talk to and is one of the best. He is courteous and goes over and above your expectations. I also buy lots of parts from Gresham Dodge and the customer service is always great there. People in a good mood with a friendly attitude makes you want to do business with them. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

I am in sales and to state that after purchasing 4 different vehicles from a dealership and finding out that they are they have the worst customer service in the greater Portland area that I know of is an understatement. Over a month ago we dropped our 2015 Dodge Caravan off expecting an oil change, and for them to fix a broken seat, which they had fixed before. When we picked up the vehicle they informed us that they needed to order the parts, even though they knew when we brought it in we were expecting them to fix the seat at that time, and they would contact us when the parts came in to set up another appointment. They never called telling us that they parts were in and after the appointed day that they told us they would be in, my wife called to find out if the parts were in and tried to make an appointment. She called 3 different days, numerous times being sent back and forth between the parts department and the service department. I finally got upset with this and called the general manager of the dealership and he had the service department contact my wife. So today my wife dropped the car off at 10:30, finally getting our car back at 4:45. When she went to leave she was told that they had once again changed the oil, it had only been 3 weeks since the last change, and that she owed them $86.90. She told them that we had paid for our oil changes when we bought the vehicle and we did not have to pay them. How frustrating!!! And without checking I am sure they deducted this oil change from our paid for ones. So if you are silly enough to purchase a vehicle here, do not have any form of expectations that you will receive any form of quality service from this dealership.

Tyler Tegan was very helpful. I came in looking for a particular Jeep and changed my mind on the features I wanted, and ended up getting another Jeep. He was patient and not pushy. He listened to us until the end. The closing team was also very helpful. NOT pushy and very informative. My family has bought 5 vehicles here, and will continue to do so. Thanks everyone!

Gresham Dodge is an awesome place. I had my truck in for a new engine in my 2003 ram 1500, Bill and Tyler gave me excellent info on what's going on step by step. These people know what they are doing and I greatly appreciate the urgency they had on getting it done. I urge anyone that has a vehicle that needs serviced to come see these guys. Thanks again!

All of the associates I have encountered here haven been really great! They are down to earth, easy to talk to, honest and ethical. They all seem to really enjoy their work which says a lot to me. I bought my first new car a year ago from Branden, he was great all the way through and with follow up after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. Whitney is the service department is always so courteous and professional and kind. She was especially helpful when I couldn't figure out how to activate my new heated seats! Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Clifford, what a gem! A genuine person and great at his job. He made sure I was well taken care of and guided me through the process of a fabulous upgrade. He spoke highly of his coworkers and family and that is a reflection of what a great person he is. I am a very happy customer!
