I don't know where Dillards finds the rudest customer service agents. The level of nastiness is truly world class. The customer service desk refused a legitimate return with receipt stating that it had to be returned at the department that the product was purchased in. Then they denied saying that when a manager got involved. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady at the men's department cheerfully accepted the return.  Why even have a service desk?

I love Dillards but this place is the worse especially the shoe department. Their customer service rep. are VERY RUDE! Will not recommend the shoe dept. at ALL! I've had horrible experiences on two separate occasions in this store.

I love Dillards! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. They are always so helpful and I always leave there satisfied. 😊

Great selection of brands in the store. They also have alot items on sale. I do recommend the Dillard's American Express card.

Surprise to find a lot of good deals for men, juniors and kids department. It was a perfect timing when I went coz Dillards only had that one day sale which happened to be that day, where prices were cut down to 65% plus 50% off on top of it. Left there with $5-7 blouses and dresses each and more😊
