Macy's had poor customer service this day. I have shopped at Macy's for years and I love everything they carry from shoes to furniture. When I visited the store the day before Christmas Eve the staff at the fragrance counter Coach, Carolina Herrera and Angel did an awesome job of assisting me. I also received great service from a beautiful girl in MAC. However, the man wearing the ugly Christmas sweater in the men's department and the hefty woman near the socks in the men's department were RUDE and seemed very IRRITATED to be working. There was a younger man with a blazer who was pleasant and he tried to offset the hefty woman's rudeness but rude employees make me shop elsewhere. To Macy's the solution is simple, hire people that will smile, greet customers and make their experience a good one. The three stars are for the items I bought, the younger man with the blazer, the lady in fragrances and the beautiful girl in MAC. My suggestion for the men's department, put the man with the ugly Christmas sweater and the hefty lady in the back room so they don't represent Macy's.

I was racially profiled today at this store by a lady named Kinsey. she actually works at the finish line. I went to Macy's to buy a clone and while I was trying one of the clones she came up to me and said, I need to be careful and people are watching! I asked her what she mean by that expression (I need to be careful), she replied, she don't have to explain anything to me. Just because I am a black male and I was wearing a hat, she automatically assumed that i am a thief. this was one of the most disrespectful, degrading and shocking experience I ever had in a shopping mall. I spoke with the store manager at Macy's named Brenda, and she promised me that she will follow up with this racist employee and she will then follow up with me. I also called the customer care line for both Finish line and Macy's and filled a complaint. I will be calling the corporate office for Macy's and Finish line tomorrow. this is unacceptable! people should not be racially profiled based on their appearance.

I was looking for a pair of shoes to go with a dress, and found them at Macy's in Green Hills for a great clearance price! The two ladies in the Shoe Department were very helpful and SOOOO awesome!!! Macy's is beyond blessed to have these wonderful women as their employees! ! Thank you! !! Lisha

This store is far from tolerable. The service is absolute trash and will not help you at all. Everything here is a bit overpriced. I despise EVERY worker in this store (yes, even the "nice" ones) and the manager!!!

I needed some new digs for the play at the TPAC this evening. Mrs. Angela at the Macy's store at Green Hills mall sized me up, got me into a shirt that fit perfectly on the first try. She then let me browse the pants until I found what I needed. Great experience! Thanks Angela!
