When I walked in, the two workers standing there said nothing to me.  That was excusable - not every retail store has the same policy of greeting customers.  But then I went to the jewelry section with my boyfriend.  No one was there.  "Ok," I thought.  "The employees are just busy, I suppose."
My boyfriend and I spent a good ten to fifteen minutes looking at the jewelry in the cases.  NO ONE came to ask us if we needed help or if we'd like to look at something... which we would have.  We were looking at engagement rings! so he could get a feel for what I like.  And I liked several that I saw.
No assistance, no greeting, nothing.  This store left a very bad impression.

Would give a lower rating if there was a way!  Hateful and unhelpful clerks, long lines ugh no direction advising which line to be in so you have to start all over in a new long line. When trying to exchange a pair of $60 Levi’s still in the package from a mail order but without the receipt, I was offered $5.95. The part that was the most upsetting is when the sales clerk laughed at me for it!
WILL NEVER SHOP KOHLS AGAIN AND WILL PASS THE WORD!!!

I like having a Kohl’s close by. You can always find a good deal. Fitting rooms get a little overrun with clothes sometimes. Staff is friendly. Kohl’s cash needs a longer expiration date, but that’s corporate, not this store.

Will not ever be back in a Kohls especially the one in Spring Hill Th. I hate to be looked down on, like I don't belong alone a place. I may not have the money some people have, but a cashier should never belittle a customer. I really don't want to rate it a 1.
