Great, care and concern from, Jay Wilson in the Men department. I had been to an other store, where there service was a disappointment. I came to Dillards and Jay Wilson, went the extra mile to see that my needs were taken care of. I explained I was in hurry and needed to get to some meetings in down town Vagus, I had spilled on my shirt and need to get a shirt and get it press, in hurry. Jay said no problem, let me turn on the streamer and help you pick out shirt and you will be on your way. 10 Minutes later I was on my way with a nice looking wrinkle free shirt. Thanks Jay for helping me out in a bind.....Kirk

I love Chanel's - perfume, cosmetics, and skin care line. So I just need to share how professional, knowledgeable, kind, personable and considerate I find two of Dillard's Sales Associates that manage the Chanel Counter - Farah Carter and Christina, to be.  In my opinion they are an asset and very valuable to the store. These two always make my shopping experience pleasurable and special. They are first class just like Chanel.
