My wife shops Macy's a lot and has their credit card. But when she tried to return something yesterday, she was rudely informed that "The 30 days was up yesterday. Perhaps you can sell this to a friend." My wife says she enjoyed shopping there but will cancel her card. You'd think one day wouldn't matter being we'd been out of town.

I bring my girl hear to go shopping at least once a month. She loves it but it's a little pricey. Everyone is pretty nice and it has all the name brands she likes.

It was my first time in Macy’s Downtown Summerlin so I can’t give you a full assessment however I did find several staff could not tell me where a type of men’s shirt was and overall I found it to be somewhat disorganized. They need to tighten up because I’m living in Summerlin Las Vegas for over one year and I’m finding very poor employee loyalty or dedication to their positions. I’ve lived in 4 states an in overall Customer Service and Employee Loyalty and Dedication to their positions, Las Vegas came out far below the other 3 states. I was hoping for better in Macy’s....

The girls at cosmetics and fragrance were very nice, but the female (young Asian, long black hair) was not nice. I asked her to wrap my purchase or give me a Christmas box but she went right to stuffing it in a white box and left right away. Very unpleasant. I went to ask the cosmetics girl for a box for my purchase, she gave it to me without any "faces" to my request.

Nice store and the staff was excellent. Didn't have what I wanted, but overall no complaints.
