Customer service within this store is appalling & completely unacceptable. Young woman "manager-on-duty" on 1-4-12 evening was extremely rude & would not let my daughter return shoes ordered online even though she had all the appropriate paperwork. She yelled something at my daughter as she was leaving the store. I called & spoke with her as my daughter went back into the store to show her the paper again that states clearly it could be used to return the shoes. She was again extremely rude & snotty to my daughter & was equally rude & snotty to me on the phone. She kept talking over me & would not listen. I had to get her attention & ASK to speak so she could hear me. She said she would let my daughter return the shoes & acted like she was doing me a HUGE favor. I specifically asked if she needed my credit card or needed me to come in & she said NO, she would take care of it. She then said, "I have a huge line of customers & I don't have time to deal with this." I told her thanks & to have a good night & she hung up on me. THEN she proceeded to tell my daughter she couldn't return the shoes. After she JUST told me she could. She said my daughter needed to come back into the store the next day to see her again as she was "the only one that would LET her do this" & bring my credit card. Come back in? What, for more abuse? I called customer service & they were equally appalled & did not understand why this woman with a God complex wouldn't let my daughter return the shoes. They were very apologetic, understanding & helpful. They submitted a full complaint to corporate while I was on the phone & emailed me a postage paid return shipping label so we won't have to step foot in this store's door ever again. This woman should be fired or at least have a job NOT dealing with the public. Maybe custodial work or stocking shelves is more up her alley.

Rude, unorganized....not the store they used to be....their quality has plummeted, as has their Customer Service. My shoes broke 1 week after wearing them only inside and without a receipt, they refused to take the shoes back without a reciept and because the shoes were "damaged" they would not exchange them.
